At Dubz Barbecue, we’ve always believed great food deserves great drinks beside it.

That’s why we’ve been hard at work creating a brand-new bar menu that’s built the same way we build our barbecue — bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a whole lot of personality.

This isn’t just a few random cocktails thrown together.

Every drink on this menu was designed to fit the Dubz experience. Some are smoky. Some are sweet. Some have a little kick. And a few of them might sneak up on you if you’re not careful.

From throwback flavors that remind you of your favorite childhood drinks to elevated cocktails with fresh citrus, cucumber, ginger, honey, and blood orange — this menu was built to give everyone something they’ll want to come back for.

One of the biggest things we focused on was balance.

A good cocktail shouldn’t overpower your meal. It should work with it. That spicy sandwich? We created drinks that cool it down. Rich smoked meats? We added refreshing citrus and bright flavors that cut through the heaviness perfectly.

And just like our kitchen, we didn’t want the menu to feel boring or “copy and paste.”

You’ll notice personality all over this menu. The names, the flavor combinations, the presentation — it all reflects who we are at Dubz. Relaxed. Creative. A little wild sometimes. But always focused on giving people a good experience.

A few drinks bring the heat.

A few lean sweet.

And a few were created because we asked ourselves:
“What would we actually want to drink while sitting here with friends watching the game?”

That question shaped the entire menu.

We also wanted drinks that feel approachable. Whether you’re someone who orders cocktails everywhere you go or someone who normally sticks to beer, there’s something on this menu that’s easy to enjoy.

This is just the beginning.

As we continue growing, we’ll keep experimenting, creating seasonal specials, and giving people new reasons to stop in and try something different. The bar is becoming just as much a part of the Dubz experience as the smoker.
