This special event will raise funds for North Port Meals on Wheels, a local nonprofit dedicated to delivering freshly prepared meals and friendly wellness visits to adults who are unable to shop for or prepare a nutritious meal for themselves.

Each day, volunteers deliver meals across the city while also providing an important check-in visit. For many homebound seniors, veterans, and disabled adults, this delivery is not only a meal—it is often their only daily interaction and a critical safety check that helps them remain independent in their own homes.

With more seniors living alone and the demand for assistance growing, organizations like North Port Meals on Wheels rely heavily on volunteers, community partnerships, and fundraising events like this one to keep meals going out to those who need them most.

For this event, local leaders will step behind the bar and compete to raise the most tips—all benefiting the mission of North Port Meals on Wheels.
